Outside general counsel for founders and growing companies. Flywheel can act as fractional outside in-house counsel, advising and managing day-to-day legal needs under flexible fee arrangements.
With extensive experience both advising nonprofit boards, founding nonprofits, and sitting on nonprofit boards in leadership positions, we offer both outside legal advice and pragmatic counsel to implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with legal issues unique to nonprofits, including direct representation and training.
